What is alloClae™?
alloClae™ is a structural adipose tissue product made from donated human fat tissue. It is processed into a ready-to-use material that preserves components of the tissue’s natural structure, including non-viable fat cells, extracellular matrix, lipids, and connective tissue.
This is donor tissue, not your own harvested fat. Unlike traditional fat transfer, alloClae does not require liposuction to collect fat from another area of your body. It is also different from synthetic dermal fillers.

How does it work?
alloClae is placed beneath the skin in the treatment area by a qualified provider. The processed adipose tissue provides immediate, targeted volume and cushioning where it is applied.
The amount used and placement approach are personalized to your anatomy and desired outcome. Your provider will discuss what may be achievable during your consultation.
What to expect during treatment
Your visit begins with a consultation to review your goals, medical history, anatomy, and candidacy. If treatment is appropriate, your provider will discuss the planned areas and amount of product before proceeding.
The procedure is performed in-office using a series of injections. Unlike traditional fat transfer, there is no liposuction or fat-harvesting procedure. Treatment time and the details of your plan will depend on the areas being treated.
When will I see results?
Volume is visible immediately after treatment. Some swelling can affect how the area looks as it heals, so your initial appearance may change during recovery.
Results can be lasting, but longevity varies from person to person and may be influenced by individual factors, including changes in body weight and lifestyle. Your provider will discuss realistic expectations for your treatment plan.
Downtime and recovery
alloClae is a non-surgical treatment and generally involves less downtime than surgical fat transfer. The manufacturer reports that many patients return to normal activities within 24–48 hours, though recovery varies.
After treatment, you may experience:

Is alloClae™ right for me?

alloClae should not be used in patients with severe allergen sensitivities, a history of anaphylaxis, or an active infection.
